If you want to cancel your reservation please Let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel in less than 48 hours before your reservation your downpayment will not be refunded .

Reservations are made based on the vehicle category-group, not for a specific model. In case of non-availability of a vehicle in the category pre-selected by the customer, always with reference to a confirmed reservation, Supreme rent a car reserves the right to provide to the customer a higher category-group car, at no extra charge.

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your rental car category is not available, we have the right to refuse the rental extension or can upgrade your vehicle with additional cost.

We can deliver free of charge in any hotel or villa inside Rethymnon Prefecture.
Delivering at Chania and Heraklion airport is charged with the amount of 25€.

Pickups and drop-offs between 20:00 and 8:00 have an extra cost of 15€.

Cars must be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered. Excess fuel is not refundable.

In case of key loss or damage, the renter is obligated to pay for the replacement plus any associated transport and time costs depending on your distance from our headquarters. Key prices are depended on the model of the car.

Full Collision Damage with 500€ excess

This is the default insurance if you want choose otherwise . You are responsible for the first 500 euros of the damage . The insurance covers the rest of it even if it is your fault.

Full Collision Damage with Zero excess.

You can select this option during checkout and enjoy peace of mind. With zero excess, you’re relieved of any concerns about covering scratches or damages that may occur during your rental period.

Damages under the car, on the tires, and to the interior of the vehicle are also excluded.

It Covers

PAI
Personal Accident Insurance covers hospital treatment costs and, in general, all medical costs for both the driver and the occupants of the vehicle.
TPI
You are insured in the event of injury or destruction of third party property beyond the renter and the passengers.
FI
Fire Insurance covers the damage caused to the rental vehicle by fire, lightning strike or explosion.
BG
Broken glasses.

Full Collision Damage with 500€ excess ensures that no matter how high the cost of the repair is and no matter whose fault it is, the renter will have to pay only for the excess amount that has been held from their credit card, for the damages that are covered from our insurance. Please note that for damages that are not covered, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of the damage even if it exceeds the excess.

DISCLAMER

Both insurance options are not valid at the following occasions and the renter will have to pay for the whole amount of the damage.

1. When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. After an accident, driver doesn’t stop and doesnt take the necessary actions, such as informing our company, the Traffic Police (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident took place before the representative of the insurance company or the Traffic Police arrives.
When the renter uses the car for unfair and illegal purposes, for example. smuggling, theft, illegal transport of objects and goods.
3. When the driver is not declared on the Rental Agreement.
4. The driver uses the car for any kind of racing or competition.
5. Damages caused to the vehicle because of off road driving (road without asphalt, beaches, mountains etc).
6. The vehicle is used in violation of the traffic regulations (e.g. road signs, speed limits, road direction).

Infant (0-12months), Baby (1-4 years old) and Booster Seats (5 years old) are available with no extra cost.

Gps is available for an extra cost of 8€ per day.

The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old.

Drivers must have a driver’s license for at least one year.
We accept Driving permits issued in the E.U., U.S., U.K., Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Israel, Russia, and Ukraine.
For the rest of the world to have an International Driving License.

Traffic fines and any additional fees that are direct result from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the renters responsibility. If we are not informed during or at the end of the rental contract, the violation will be charged to the renter afterwards.

The rental contract can register up to three drivers without extra cost.

Our vehicles can be used only in the island of Crete.

In case of an accident contact us immediately and inform the local authorities.

Our cars have 24/7 road assistance all around Crete.

In case of non show your down payment cannot be refunded unless your have informed us 48 hours before.

No additional charges are applied for flight delays.

Delays on drop-offs more than 3 hours will be charged as a full day of rent.
